【Intended Application】

The test kit is used for qualitative detection of Amantadine (AM) in various samples such as poultry eggs.

【Principle】

This assay utilizes the specificity of antigen-antibody reactions, lateral flow chromatography, and colloidal gold technology for rapid qualitative detection of Amantadine (AM) in the sample. Antigen-conjugated and sheep anti-mouse IgG antibodies have been immobilized on the nitrocellulose membrane (NC). Residual AM in the sample compete with the conjugated antigen immobilized on the NC membrane for binding to the anti-AM antibodies. As a result, by observing the color intensity ratio between the test line and the control line, it can be determined whether AM in the sample exceeds the specified detection limit.
