Principle and Application

This kit adopts the method of indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) to detect Lomefloxacin(LOM) in the sample such as honey, animal tissues (chicken, pork, fish, shrimp), milk, milk powder and eggs. The kit is composed of Microtiter Plate coated with coupled antigens, LOM-HRP enzyme conjugates, antibodies, standards and other supporting reagents. During the detection, with adding standards or samples, the LOM in the samples will compete with the coupled antigens to combine with anti-LOM antibodies. After adding enzyme conjugates, take coloration with TMB substrates. Absorbance value of the samples is a negative correlation with LOM content. Lastly, comparing with the standard curve, the obtained concentration is multiplied by the sample dilution ratio. LOM residues in sample can be concluded.
